About our guest

Professor Stolicna is an acclaimed ethnologist, and a co-author of the founding works of Slovak ethnology. She has dedicated her academic work to the exploration of Slovak culinary culture. An author of seven best-selling books on the topic, Professor Stolicna worked at the Slovak Academy of Sciences but also lectured abroad. She is an iconic figure of Slovak ethnology.
